How to Get the Most Out of This Toolkit

This online toolkit provides specific resources and information on important topics for partners and payers interested in achieving or advancing coverage for the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) lifestyle change program. It also links to data and materials from the CDC as well as other existing sources supporting the National DPP, making the Coverage Toolkit a “one-stop-shop” for learning about the program. Sections of the Coverage Toolkit are tailored to different payers, including Medicaid, commercial health insurance plans and employers, and Medicare. Each of these sections starts with an overview page that includes the topics in that section. Starting at or returning to the appropriate payer overview page is a convenient way to navigate this website.
